Upstairs, three welcoming bedrooms, each with ceiling fans, provide a peaceful retreat, including a master with a private ensuite. There is an additional bathroom with a separate shower and bath for your convenience. The open plan living and dining areas are bright and airy, with air conditioning in the lounge room. A generous deck extends from the living space, offering beautiful views and a refreshing ocean breeze.


Downstairs, you will find a fourth bedroom, additional bathroom and a laundry. This level is designed as the house’s ‘entertainment hub’, where the second living area opens to an outdoor space. Giant heliconia leaves and lush monstera surround the inground pool and slide, creating a tropical backyard oasis—perfect for cooling off after a sunny day. There is also an outdoor spa for evening relaxation, a tv for movie nights, and a fire pit where the whole family can gather and stargaze.

Location

One Mile Beach is arguably one of the most beautiful in the area, favoured for its excellent swimming and surfing in crystal clear turquoise waters. It is known for its towering sandhill, pristine white sand and playful dolphin visitors.


During the holidays and weekends, the southern end of the beach is patrolled, making it a family-friendly spot for swimming. At the northern end, kids can have fun boarding and sliding down the massive dune. The area also offers barbecue facilities, picnic spots and playground equipment.


Just a stone's throw from One Mile Beach is Bennetts Head Lookout, where incredible views stretch across the coastline. The scenic headland walk will take you closer to breathtaking landscapes and is a great vantage point for spotting marine life.


Nearby, you will find the picturesque town of Forster where you can dine out, explore local shops or wander along the foreshore. Those that love the water can kayak, paddleboard or cast a line in the waters of Wallis Lake.

This One Mile Beach holiday rental is located 145 kilometres from Newcastle Airport and about a 3.5 hour drive (326 kilometres) from Sydney Airport. Within One Mile Beach and Forster, most destinations beyond walking distance are just a quick taxi ride away.
