During your stay you will have exclusive access to the entire three bedroom apartment including the open plan living and dining area and the private north east facing balconies. You are also welcome to enjoy the excellent complex facilities which include a swimming pool and outdoor entertaining areas. We provide two secure basement parking spaces for your convenience and the building features lift access to ensure ease of movement throughout the property.
Other things to note
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests please note that our check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is by 10:00. This is a smoke free property and we do not permit pets or events on the premises. We kindly ask that guests observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00 to respect our neighbors. You will have access to two secure basement parking spaces and the building offers elevator access. Please note that the minimum age for booking is 18 years.
